Room to breathe

Edina, MN

To create an informal open living space, SMS Builders combined the existing kitchen and sitting spaces with a new 400 SF addition. The design provides more space and flexibility to this active family with a new family room, a reconfigured kitchen, powder room, and mudroom with built-in benches and cubbies.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, an apron front sink, and a built-in breakfast nook.
