Recycled Charm

Creative reuse was the key in maintaining the 1920s character of this Uptown residence. For this kitchen and two bath renovation, we repaired and then reinstalled the home’s original plumbing fixtures and cabinetry. In the kitchen, the once wall mounted porcelain sink was reset within a new black marble countertop. The kitchen was also upgraded with commercial appliances and a new tile backsplash and floor that blends a modern finish with the existing home’s style.
